Kate made the long distance sale of my mother's home an incredibly stress free process in spite of some significant issues that cropped up. She remained unruffled- which helped me tremendously. Her knowledge of the process and the market along with an uncanny ability to sense what needed to be done before that need arose was nothing less than amazing. Kate is incredibly responsive and proactive and helped with things (e.g. clearing out the house) that were above and beyond. I would have no qualms and zero hesitation in recommending her for help with either a sale or a purchase. She is absolutely everything you'd want in a realtor.

Kate was AMAZING! She helped us land a house in Jacksonville even though she works primarily in South Florida a few hours away. She walked us through the entire process from assisting us line up a pre-approval for our loan, finding, negotiating and buying a house that's going to be perfect for our family in the area we desired. She assisted the seller as well and was the perfect liaison. She made everything seamless and hassle free and both parties got a great deal even in this crazy market. We can't thank her enough for her help. We were also amazed at the wealth of knowledge and speed & communication that she had (seriously, I'm not sure if she even sleeps haha! She was responding to our texts at ridiculous hours of the night when we were expecting her to get back to late the next day). You would be doing yourself a disservice looking anywhere else for another realtor in Florida. Nobody knows their stuff like she does; she knew how to drive a deal and all the ins and outs to make things work in our favor. Hands down the best in the game!

Kate is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We were in the process of selling our home in Virginia and our relocation specialist recommended Kate to help us find our new home in South Florida.
